A search request is each time you click Compare and run a rate comparison. A booking request is each time you click Book and open a guided booking window. These request types define plan limits, and you can track usage in both the extension footer and dashboard.

These permissions are used only for the optional booking workflow so the booking window can follow your selected market settings on supported providers. Routing is limited to supported domains and disconnects automatically after the session.

Pro users can save favorite hotels and set up email alerts for price changes. Free users can perform unlimited manual searches.

Whereabouts uses a public market exchange rate data source that refreshes hourly. Our currency exchange rates are generally in-line with Visa and Mastercard rates but final charges can vary based on your card issuer, payment method, and checkout timing.

We retrieve live prices from supported booking pages in real time, so comparisons are as current as possible. Final checkout totals can still vary based on provider updates and exchange rate changes.
